The only way you are going to get a Discharge upgrade is if you can prove the discharge was in error or that you were suffering from PTSD or other mental condition AT THE TIME.

4 MONTHS ago, you were asking if participating in medical trials would increase you chance of getting INTO the military.

3 YEARS ago, you were asking how long it would take to receive medical records from the Navy 4 years after getting out.

The one thing clear is you are FLAT OUT LYING about your alleged time in the military.

less than 3% of all discharge characterizations are upgraded/changed.  the burden of proof is entirely on you.
