Hello, I have recently been getting pains in my left testicle. I’ve had a bump on the top of it for acouple months now, but it didn’t hurt until now. It doesn’t hurt, but it’s uncomfortable and I’m worried I might have something. Any ideas?

you are way to young to even worry about having that
Same as on your last account when you kept posting this same moronic crap over and over I see.
Do not push on the bump as it could worsen. The bump might be a cyst that contains fluid or an infected hair follicle. Regardless, you need to see a doctor to determine whether the bump needs to be drained if a cyst or other procedure.
Here's an idea: See your doctor, so that he can find out what the lump is and what is causing it.
Testicular cancer is relatively rare, and mainly affects men between the ages of 20 and 49, not young teenagers
Most testicular lumps aren't cancer (Cancer Research UK estimates that fewer than 4% of testicular lumps considered suspicious enough for testing turn out to be cancer).
Talk to one of your parents about this, or see your doctor for reassurance
.
Sigh.......that's called PUBERTY!!!!!
Tell your parents, and ask them to take you to a doctor. good luck.
Testicular cancer is most commonly caught by the doctors in the early 30's. Mine got me at like 33, and it hurt so bad all I did the night before the emergency room was walk in circles in the family room. Now, their are also infections that you can get, that cause a little pain, and they need to be checked by your Doc also. So, don't take any chances, see your family Doc.
Every kid with a lump somewhere is sure he has cancer. Or headaches! Every high school or college kid with a headache is sure he has brain cancer. Did you know brain cancer causes 94% of all headaches? (It doesn't.)
First of all it's EXTREMELY RARE for a boy your age to have testicular cancer. So rare that a doctor might not even suspect it. Just barely possible.
Secondly, NOBODY on Yahoo Answers, not even a qualified doctor (which I'm not, BTW) could tell you if you had testicular cancer from the description of one or two symptoms.
Your balls are still growing and developing. So they might be sore, they might ache or be very sensitive. That's totally normal at your age. If the pain really bothers you, go to a doctor and let HIM tell you what the problem is, after proper diagnosis (which might include him feeling them, but don't worry, he does that all the time, or it might be an MRI or ultrasound or something. No cutting or needles involved.)
