If im made bankrupt in northern ireland can i protect my assets, I have £10k in 2 bank accounts, a car worth £8k and 2k in p2p savings?

If I load money on a prepaid debit card or on paypal will it be at risk and will my normal bank accounts be frozen?

No, you are in debt and claim you can't afford to pay those debts, yet you have disposable income...... there is no hiding assets and as you don't pay your debts someone else will run your finances so they can pay at least some of those debts off, you are clearly very naive about bankruptcy and the process
