In theory, any owner who occupies the house has the right to rent or share it with whomever they please, without permission of the other owners, absent some enforceable agreement to the contrary. A tenant or guest cannot be ejected without unanimous consent of all owner/occupants, since any of them can legally invite the tenant or guest to stay.
Move. Unless you have a lease, they can simply give you 30 days notice and you have to leave. Causing a disagreement between mother and son will not improve your living situation. Move.
What does it matter that both their names are on the title deed? Your friend does not want you in the house, any longer. What do you not understand about this?
Your friend might now consider you a leech or you might not be living up to the agreement made in your moving into the house. Your friend might have considered by moving you into his and his mother's house would be temporary and help you get over a financial situation.
For some reason, you are no longer welcomed in the house by your friend. Your friend want you gone.
Eventually, by you remaining in the house, could cause a rift in the relationship between your friend's and his mother.
In this case, it might be that you would need to find another place to live.
I hope this has been of some benefit to you, good luck.

Either come to an agreement about staying (fix the problem between you) or move.
Either of them can evict you since they both own the house.
look for another place to live
He will be able to convince his mom that you should be gone...I'd be looking for somewhere else to live immediately.
Nothing you have to do. You live there with permission of one of the home owners.
