I have red bumps back of tongue with like a white coat.don’t have any symptoms just cough at times & feel like I have something in throat.?

I have red bumps on the back of my tounge with like a white coat. I don’t have any symptoms I just cough at times and feel like I have something in my throat at times. What can this be ? I do smoke weed a lot and just started drinking heavy just on the weekends.
