My leopard gecko who’s 244 days old (8 months) and hasn’t shed, given I’ve had him for about 6 of those 8 months and haven’t seen him shed a single time or shown any signs of growing. He’s healthy and well fed but I’m curious if this is reason for concern

A gecko's skin gets dull and gray when it is time to shed, and it should shed more often when it is young. Read the article linked below for tips on helping the process. Some owners add mineral oil or baby oil to the water to help the shedding. It's especially important that the old skin around the toes come off, so it won't strangle the toes.
