For about 3 weeks, almost 4, I’ve been working out for about an hour or more every day. I do a pretty good workout and I’m definitely sweating and burning calories throughout. I’m eating healthy too, no pop, alcohol, no bread or anything like that. I mostly am just eating chicken and veggies and drinking water. I drink a protein shake too after my workout. But I’m not seeing any results of weight loss.p Why is this? I tend to eat dinner closer to 7:00 because that’s when it’s most convienient for me. Is this effecting my weight loss?

It takes three weeks for OTHER PEOPLE to notice your weight loss. It takes even longer for the person losing the weight.
You are probably still eating too much. Do you weigh everything you eat? If not you need to start.
I was overweight last year and started riding my bike around the neighborhood. I only did it once a week. I weighed myself not expecting much and noticed I lost 10 pounds...I realized it must be the bike. So I just kept at it and ended up losing over 50 pounds. I always bring water with me, and usually only cycle for 20min. There's a lot of hills in my neighborhood I'm sure that helps. I used to be 246 lbs now I'm 185. I'm 6'1. Now I don't cycle anymore I've been running once a week..same thing about half an hour. It's kept me in shape.
thats not long enough, keep at it .. its hard to notice gains on yourself anyway, but by the end of 8 weeks or so your metabolism will be much improved and it will start showing very good .. just dont give up, it will become part of your daily routine and life and will keep getting better .. ..
Take your bodyweight in pounds and multiplie that by 10 and that’s how manny calories you need a day. Protein shakes tend to have alot of calories
