I went out with this girl for a month, then she dumped me saying she needed time to herself and she said she would take me back in the Summer,Well it‘s Summer now...Right after she dumped me, she got a boyfriend a week later and she was on my sisters softball team and she hugged me.So,I got happy when I got home and [when she dumped me,she said i would get my kiss] I asked her next time I get my kiss,and she said when shes single she will.well,shes been with this guy since June 2nd,and will I get back with her ever?

Don't talk to her anymore. Make her come to you. Right now, she knows that you want her and you're her little puppet. She comes back to you when shes single and that's all you'll ever be to her if you let her. If you let her come back to you, if you let her think its OKAY to keep doing that to you, thats all you'll ever be. You'll always be the other guy unless you stop talking to her and show no interest in her. Flirt with other girls in front of her. Try to make her jealous. Don't show any interest in her and she'll come to you if its meant to be. Until then, don't talk to her.
