180 days total. Unless you travel no more than 50 miles inland from the border into the U.S. There are forms to fill out to do this. Most are work exceptions. Example some truck drivers who might cross the border 10 times a day. 6 days a week to bring freight back & forth across the border both ways. Have a border exception.
Six months in = six months out. You can't spend more than half of any year in the US.
Up to 180 days worth, which isi 6 months. I one trip, or, 180 trips, or anything in between.
As many times as they want, however maximum stay is 180 days in any 365 days, so they will be refused entry if they try to 'visit' if they have already 'visited' 180 prior
180 times, I guess, arriving and leaving the same day. A Canadian can not be in the US for more than 180 days out of a 365 day period. It must also not look like they are trying to violate any law, such as living or working in the US. As long as it looks like they are just visiting, they can stay the 180 days.
No, not allowed. A Canadian who stays in the USA the 180 day maximum has to be out of the USA for at least 180 days before they can return.
You are limited to a total of 180 days out of any 365-day period. So this why people say you must be out at least as long as you were in - so you don't exceed the 180-day limit. Also consider you could not possibly be working in your own country if you go to another for an extended period. Nobody gets that long for annual vacation, school breaks, etc. So obviously, with long stays in another country, you are not likely to meet requirements to have ample funds of your own for all your tourist expenses. Thus, you become suspected of violating tourist visa (or visa-waiver) requirements and conditions.
There are no bf/gf visas! No shack-up visas. If this is your bf, he's probably violating terms & conditions for visiting US. He must have sufficient funds of his own for all typical tourist expenses. If he's staying with you, if you are feeding, housing, etc. he is not meeting requirements.
BTW, anyone who is in the US 183 days or more becomes subject to US income taxes, and US taxes ALL income from all sources worldwide. Failure to file and/or failure to pay as required are separate felonies.
Total time cannot be more than 6 month. You have to wait one year.
