I see one. I can see why you're confused, but the thing is that at this stage the body and the head are about the same size, so they show up on ultrasound as two blobs of about the same size.
If there were a second one in there, they would have told you.

There's just one there. The only way there is two or more is if they are directly behind that one and not visible.
There's ONE.......
