Defend your friend. Why admire someone that makes baseless accusations and disrespectful and unjustified remarks at someone who is a true friend to you. Then inform your friend that things are being said about her and to stay alert to make sure nothing is said that could potentially damage her reputation or harm her job status, relationship,etc..
