My Computer used to auto-correct two dashes to make it: — but then it stopped. How do I get it to start doing it again on Microsoft word or is there some way to actually type it so I dont have to copy and paste it in every time?

You can set up Autocorrect again this way:
In Word versions prior to Word 2007:
1. Click the Tools->AutoCorrect Options menu item.
2. Click the AutoCorrect tab.
3. Check the “Replace text as you type” checkbox.
4. Enter the -- in the Replace text box.
5. Enter the the long dash in the With text box.
6. Click the Add button.
7. Click the OK button.
In Word 2007:
1. In a Word document, type and format the text as you want it to appear.
2. Select it with the cursor.
3. Click the round Office button in the upper-left corner of the window.
4. Click the Word Options button.
5. Click the Proofing task.
6. Click the AutoCorrect Options button.
7. Continue as in Step 4, above.
Hope that helps.
Tools > AutoCorrect Options > check "replace text as you type"
Add -- and — to the boxes.
OR, if you're not using Word (for example, if you're typing in a Yahoo! Answers box)—
hold down Alt, then press 0,1,5,1. You have to use the numeric keypad numbers and numlock has to be on, so if you're using a laptop, it's a bit trickier. I have to press and hold the Alt and Fn keys, then press m, j, i, j.
