Hi i have a virus on my laptop called trojan, i just went to the shop the man said, it will cost me £35?

£35 to get rid of the virus, i have asked alot of questions about this everyone is telling me to download something different.

P.S the man in the shop said he will install 2010 anti virus protection, shall i just bring back my laptop??

Yes, trojans are very bad viruses, they lead to back doors the hacker can use to access your files and information, it can download more viruses like a bot. You can bring it back to him, if the 35 pounds includes the anti-virus program. You can get free anti-viruses though. Try Googling "AVG 8.0 free".
