You should have asked us BEFORE you bought two tubs. but no big deal. just go ahead and go on the Slimfast diet till the tubs are empty. Or you can just stick the tubs in the pantry - it does make sort of a good emergency - "ohmygod Im going to be late for work" breakfast.
As far as meal replacement diet shakes go they are pretty lousy. and in fact, the concept of a meal replacement diet shake isn't very good anyway.
You can make much better homemade meal replacement shakes that are healthier and cheaper. but your best bet is to just eat 3 healthy meals and 2 healthy snacks a day. Just keep the totals below 1600 calories a day and you will lose weight.

It worked. Two " meals " of Slim Fast, per day, with only one meal with food, DID cause me to lose a lot of weight. But, I was ALWAYS hungry.
No. I don't drink milk. It IS low in carbs, though - only 6 grams per serving, so drinking it in almond milk might be ok.
