well i don't really have a graph....sorry =( but i Can tell you how to do it =) I'm only 13.... but I'm smart (not bragging) well first u take 4x and take it 4 spaces to the left and then the y which is greater than or equal to 4. On your graph on the y line (vertical) go up 4 spaces.....and then connect it(or shade whatever). You see its not really hard just got to think outside the box with mathematics if u think hard enough. The bulb will glow.... The other answer to your question who says he did algebra last year ......his answer is totally wrong dont fall for it..you will just get a bad grade.....
