Not particularly. I'm white and respectable. However, after I hit hard times, the staff at some stores have treated me like a potential crook! 😧 So, I'm still waiting for my so-called "privilege" to kick in!
No and I'm not even racially white but I pretty much am in complexion. If you put me in a group of Blacks/Hispanics/Indians/Asians or Arabs, chances are that I'll feel ostracised because tribalism is biologically hardwired into the human psychology and they'd naturally prefer to socialise with those they're familiar with or are similar to them.
