By less agreeable, they mean that those who are a bit more confident and willing to argue for what they want at work, may also get more money. What do you think?

Yeah, I posted something similar a while back. But in THAT article, the benefit of being a brat for women was ZILCH, so this is a spin on it. It was ONLY a benefit for bratty MEN.
