Could you give me one thing to do, to help me lose weight♥?
If I follow everyone's advice, then maybe I can get in better shape.............give me only one thing,,,and I will try to follow it, thanks for the help...............I need it really bad♥
Okay, now PLEASE DON'T get offended by what I'm about to say......the name of this diet sounds really awful and I in no way mean to offend you - but you should try this online diet called the Fat Loss 4 Idiots Diet (also known as the "Lose 9 pounds in 11 days diet”). I told you it had a terrible name. Of course you're not an idiot! That's just the name of the diet.
I know some people who are losing a LOT of weight on it. You don't buy special supplements or special food, you choose the foods you like from a list on the website, then it creates an 11 day diet for you using only those foods you’ve chosen. You eat regular food, 4 meals a day...then get a 3 day period where you eat whatever you want....then the program creates a different 11 day diet for you. Then you just keep going until you've lost the weight you want.
My best friend got hers on Ebay for a really cheap price (like $5) - they are selling the diet memberships there, but my boss paid like $40 on the diet’s website. I’d do the Ebay thing if I were you. Here's the link:
Any kind of exercise will help, whether it is walking, swimming, riding a bike, or anything else. Also, eating a salad would help, because it helps fill you up without high calorie foods, but try to go lightly on the dressing, because they are mostly fat. Even the low fat ones, while containing less fat, aren't all that healthy.
It's a nice relaxing thing to do before bed and it's great exercise. I did it for a while for the relaxation part and started losing weight unintentionally. I actually stopped for a while because I was losing weight I didn't want to lose.
each can of soda increases your chance of obesity by 60%. so yeah, cut the soda and you should loose some. i know this is cheezy, but i bought this book(cosmogirl firness one. in the teen section-of barns and noble at least). try it-the 4 month plan. or flip through it at the book store.

Finding something that you enjoy doing makes it easy to do it every day. I used to run, but I hated it. I took up skateboarding, which is not only a better workout, but is also something that I actually look forward to doing every day.

Take a multivitamin. This will help you not to be as hungry. Since most of the time you feel hungry it because your missing some nutrients.
Start working out and then do the other..change diet, etc..
Do one thing at a time, get healthy, and be happy.
Drink more water. (Really does work.) I've kicked almost all soda and just a cup of tea every now and then.
