I know;
(P(B|A) * P(A))/P(B)
& P(A|B) = (P(A∩B))/P(B)
Would I use either of these?
It's much better to use the fact that when A and B are independent, P(A ∩ B) = P(A)P(B).
Since we are given that A and B are independent, P(A ∩ B) = 0.1(0.4) = 0.04 .
