We are not good at getting hints. We are not mind readers. What's wrong with WORDS?? Instead of being coy, cute, and at the same time stupid, TELL him that you are interested and available. Use simple declarative sentences and unambiguous words of one or two syllables. Try it and see if it doesn't work!

Spend more time with him, ask questions, part of letting him know that you want to be with him is spending more time with him and not just in a sexual way (this will come in time), take time to do things together, take an interest in who he is, his hobbies what he is interested in, complement him, get to know him as the man you want to be with.  

Men don't take hints. You have to beat them over the head with a bare breast.

Just spread out your legs wide open for him so he'll get the hint

Get somewhere private. Remove your clothing.
