It's never a good idea. There's too much of a difference in body. Some guys wont be able to play at their best for fear of hurting her and others will try and grope her. Either way she wont be a positive contribution to the team unless she is one of those huge man-women.
I wouldn't, guys are simply to big and or strong to know if they are gonna hurt her :o well in the girls view: shes tough and "can handle it", she loves whatever sport she wants to be in, and she wants to show that girls can play sports as good as a man
