I finished my university (masters degree)
I live in South-Africa, if I get my workers permit to work in the US, can I join the military and in the process get my Visa or will it be revoked or something? Please help me or am I really very confused? I've got my masters degree but if possible I would like to join the military USMC? Can you get a workers permit? Join the military? Get a green card? Well citizenship? I also don't have a criminal record :)

If you get a green card--i.e. permanent resident status--you can then enlist. You cannot enlist on a work (H-1 or similar) visa. Finish your enlistment with full eligibility for an honorable discharge, and you will have met the requirements for U.S. citizenship. Once you become a citizen, you could possibly then leverage your Master's degree and become an officer.
You must be a legal permanent resident of the US in order to join the military. Unfortunately for your master's degree you must be a US citizen in order to serve as an officer. With all the appropriate legal documents though you will be able to enlist though. After you complete the residency requirements etc you will be able to apply for US citizenship.
Here is the website for the US Marine Corps.

Click on "Recruiting" then "Eligibility", then "Requirements" and you will end up at this page.

You can do the same for any other service branches.
I'm fairly sure if you get all the legal documentation everything should be fine!!!
