I wouldn't. It would probably stress them out. Also keep in mind that the minimum cage size is 450 square inches (IMO they should have more than that). You would need quite a large tank if you wanted to divide it.

Yes, if the lid separates for each side and the divider is secure. ErinsAnimals on YouTube has a great tutorial on how she made hers.

No . They need to be keep in separate tanks away from each other as being able to see each other and be so close will stress them out.
