My fiancé, ex now, and I were together for 2 years. We lived together, he is in the national guard and we both worked to pay bills. I started getting suspicions that he was cheating so I started watching him closer and things weren't adding up. I looked through his phone one day-pitiful I know but I felt the need to. I found a fake facebook and email. He was contacting other girls from Craigslist and an ex of his. I confronted him and he said it was a hacker. Well a few weeks later I got a text from a girl that claimed he was messaging her facebook wanting to hook up. She sent me screen shots but he still claimed it was a hacker. I saw glimpses of message on facebook to his ex and yet again he said hacker. I got to to the point of ending things. Can he get in trouble with the army for this since I have proof?

No because you are not married. If you were married, this would be considered adultery. But since you are not legally married, the Army won't care. Being a fiance does not matter and is no different to the Army than you being a casual hookup. If you were married and he was cheating, that would be a different matter
