In short, I don't like the Pokémon in Black & White, so I want to trade some Pokémon from SoulSilver. I've heard about Poké Transfer, but I can only do that when I've completed the game and I want to play it from the start with the Pokémon I trade.
I don't mind if it's a one way transfer and I can't get them back into SoulSilver, I just want to put some good Pokémon into Black as early on in the game as possible.
I also have Pearl and Platinum if they make any difference, which I doubt. Any help would be great x
Update:I'm playing the new games because I love Pokémon, and Black & White is awesome, I just prefer the Pokémon from Generation I & II. Is that so terrible?

If you have the games, read the instruction booklet. It tells you how to do the Poketransfer in the Pokemon Black instruction booklet.
Let me guess, you want to trade a bunch of gen 1-2 pokemon to the new games because you're a genwunner. You think every pokemon after 251 sucks and they should of stopped in 1999. If that is the case why are you even bothering with the new games?
In any case you cannot trade between the generations. You can transfer but only after you have beaten the main game.
The poke transfer system at the end of the game is the only way to do it.
you are able to come upon some when you beat Ghetsis. in addition they variety on what version you've. they in certain circumstances are available in mass outbreaks. you will get a lot of uncommon previous ones in White woodland, and conflict against them in Black city. you are able to commerce for them (inspite of the truth that a lot might want to be stressful (alongside with lvl. one hundred Palkia, and so on.))
