Boyfriend says he’s not into the whole I love you?
My boyfriend and I 1 year anniversary is next month. I asked him if he loves me he said yes I asked him how come you don’t tell me. He said because I’m not into the lovey dubby thing I just haven’t. Is this normal? Are some guys like this?

Usually guys who are not emotionally well-balanced and not really good for the long-term (wait another year or two to determine this .. if he hasn't asked you to marry him by this time next year, he isn't going to).
It's normal for immature guys to be illusive when it comes to love. They see it as a sign of weakness!

If your relationship falls in to the second category, I suggest the next time he wants sex, you say OHHHH NOW you wanna show me how much you lovey dubby me? Give him a big wet kiss on the nose and run off laughing whilst telling him,, nah nah it don't work like that!
