Accidently did a duplicate paypal transaction ?
I did a transfer from my bank account to add funds to my PayPal account there was a system error now it's two of the same transaction im worried my bank will now overdraft the amount. Will my bank reject the one out of two since I don't have both amounts in my bank?

No - you'll go into an unauthorised overdraft, and get charged if that's what your bank does.
You'll need to move the money back into the account today to avoid this.
