change in length = (coeff)(original length)(change in T)
change in length = (13.0*10^-6)(0.15m)(-330K) ****since increments of K = increments oC, t is -330K
change in length = -6.435*10^-4m
So new radius is 0.15m - 6.435*10^-4m = .14935m
