怎麼熬大骨湯才好喝?

我的做法是先用滾水燙過,然後用冷水將大骨洗淨

再燒一鍋水下去熬約1.5小時,會加一點白醋

這樣的做法有錯嗎?不知為什麼試了好幾次

每次都覺得有一點尿騷味?

而且熬好的湯也淡淡的沒什麼味道

都還要再放味精

為什麼呢?
