Funk on another page (Canada) suggested putting /b/ in the address link like this
. . ./neo/b/launch. . . This seems to be working for me.
If this is due to an attack on the login server that is one thing. But since it seems you can go to an "old" version with the /b it seems that Yahoo must have changed something AGAIN. Making changes like this just before a major holiday seems incredibly stupid.

This solution worked for me.
Caught in a "login loop" where the sign-in box continues to reappear - http://help.yahoo.com/kb/index?page=content&y=PROD...
I'm having the same problem!!! Also the Customer Care of Yahoo is unreachable... :-(
Glad to hear that I'm not the only one having this stupid problem!
I've created another account, but also with the same problem.
I've tried to login with another browser. Problem still remains.
Clearing cache is also not the solution.
The problem only occurs with Yahoo Mail. Not with the other Yahoo applications.
Please, Yahoo, help!!!
I've been using Yahoo Mail for more than 10 years? Should I change to Gmail or whatever...?

Seems to be a glitch to do with the new interface. You can access the old basic mail by adding "/b" in the address bar after neo
for e.g, the url right now in my address bar is https://us-mg4.mail.yahoo.com/neo/launch
add /b after neo and make it https://us-mg4.mail.yahoo.com/neo/b/laun... and you can access your mail till yahoo fixes the problem.
I am having the same problem.
