Within the last week I’ve went from 170lbs to 164lbs. I was wondering if this was normal.?

I have been doing some walking. On Friday I walked for a whole hour and few minutes here and there other days. Should I be concerned or is this normal?

I have been doing some walking. On Friday I walked for a whole hour and few minutes here and there other days. I haven't lost any body fat at all though. Some diseases say weight loss is a symptom. Should I be concerned or is this normal?
