Hahaha, easier to learn? Romanization looks disgusting and is extremely difficult to read. It is easier to learn to read Hangul than it is to try to understand romanization. If anyone wants to learn Korean, learning to read is the easiest part. They will most definitely NOT change for the lazy minority who don't realize how easy it is to read Hangul.

Why? If you are learning any language, you are meant to learn their writing system! Ergo, learn Hangul! It's more easy than learning Latin letters. Again, why would I write in romanisation when I'm writing in Korean. Makes no sense at all. It's like me saying, "hey, why don't you write English in Hangul. It will make it so much easier for me! Not for you! And it won't be pronounced the same anyway!".

Not really actually... It's complicated to write in Romanization, it looks stupid, plus I've seen a lot of people who misspell it when writing in Romanization so, no. Also, when writing in romanization, some symbols have more letters, so the word turns out to 'be' so long in romanization. Hangul is our way of writing, always was, always will be. Foreigners won't change it ;)

간장공장 공장장은 장 공장장이고 된장공장 공장장은 강 공장장이다.

Ganjanggongjang gongjangjangeun gongjangjangigo dwinjangjangeun gang gongjangjangida.

Try to read it in Romanized. It looks super weird

No they most probably won't use romanization.

Why would they do that...? They have English mostly anyway.

Romanization is a terrible way to learn Korean, you can learn Hangul within a week or two.

I doubt Korean will ever use Romanization, simply because the Latin alphabets don't have all the sounds in Korean.

For example, the jamo ㄹ is both the "r" and "l" sound combined, almost like a stilted "l". We don't have that sound in any Latin alphabets.

The same goes with the jamo ㄱ, which is the "g" sound, and ㅂ which is the "b" sound.

However, words like 감사합니다 (gam-sa-hab-ni-da) are spoken as (kam-sa-ham-ni-da).

The "g" sound is a mix of "g" and "k", and the "b" sound is a mix between "b" and "m". We don't have letters that express these sounds.

They use more Hangul, but in Korean keyboard layout in Windows you can switch Hangul to Latin letters.
