I recently applied for a two bedroom/two and a half bath apartment for $550 a month. Now I just started working at my newer job and I’ve only been for 3 weeks now. When I applied for the apartment, their requirements were to have at least 2 out of 3 good standing accounts on your credit, no evictions, and no bankruptcies past 5 years. I have good standing on my credit with no bankruptcies or evictions. . . Now, my concern is my work history. I put on the paper that I’ve only worked there for 2 weeks because that was how long I worked their at the time. They didn’t really say anything about a job what so ever on the qualifications papers. You didn’t even need check stubs when I applied and I was so confused because they aren’t section 8 or based on income.

They probably verify your employment with your employer... Did you have a previous job before this one? If so you are probably fine with the short term job.. If this is your first job you may have a problem. I haven't rented in years, but when I did I never had to provide proof of income, they just verbally verified with my company..
As long as you have a solid work history you'll be alright. Your foot is already in the door for the place because of your decent credit. It's extremely difficult to find people that meet those credit requirements and there's a reason they have tough requirements like that. It's why the area and rest of the building is a decent place, those tough requirements makes the people they find to approve as tenants decent people that are responsible with their finances therefore they're very likely to be decent people all around.
It doesn't matter that you've only been at this new employer a few weeks. How long were you at the previous employer? You didn't mention that.
They are likely to ask for proof of income later on.
This must be your first apartment. Landlords care about two things, your credit and your income. Why? Because they need to know you make enough money to afford rent, and habitually pay off your creditors (which your landlord will become). So while you were focused on the credit requirements (common for a first timer who likely has little or no credit history) you apparently missed the income requirements. Each landlord has their own equation, but most require you to make 3 times the monthly rent every month, so if you can prove you stand to earn at least $1650 from your job each month based upon what you have been paid the past two weeks, you might be approved. But there is also a chance you won't because you have been at your job for such a short time. There is no standard so its impossible to truly answer your question any better. Good Luck.
Possibly............
Do you meet the income requirements ?
2 bedroom , 2.5 bathrooms for $ 550.00 a month that doesn't seem right ..
True story, from almost 40 years ago, I was fresh out of college, my wife was still in college so our funds for an apartment were limited, We made and appointment at apartments that were section 8 and known to have long waiting lists. We showed up in Suit, dress, ready for church as it were and they couldn't get us signed up fast enough. Price of the apartment was very good but rough neighborhood overall. So your appearance was probably favorable and that is often enough.
They will likely call your employee to confirm your salary.
It will depend on whether they get another applicant who has better finances. If you were working somewhere else until you took this job, would have been wiser to say so.
