Every time i turn on my laptop it keeps giving me a page to choose my country then automatically takes me to a blue screen with either troubleshoot or turn off pc.

The troubleshoot options only offer:

Startup repair, which i have tried multiple times and it keeps giving me failure and the option to shut down again

Command prompt, which i have tried with the whole c: drive then dir but the problem wasn't there cause everything turned up 0

Uninstall updates, also tried that but it says run into some difficulties and cant do it

UEFI Firmware setting, also tried it. I thought maybe i could initiate a safe boot from there but also didnt work

System restore, says i need to choose a system before i do this but it wont give me the option to choose anything

System image recovery, which i have not tried cause i dont know what that is.

I also thought maybe i could remove the battery from the laptop but its an internal battery and i dont want to risk screwing the laptop up more.

Please please help me. I really cant afford to lose this right now.
