Is it ok if I didn't  cool down before exercising?

I didn't warm up or cool down before my exercise. It was only about 10 mins but it was kinda intense . After I just layer on my bed cause I was out of breath and tierd then I took a shower. But now I still feel weird . My breathing is still a little hard and my head hurts a little. Do u think il be ok? and I know that next time I should warm up and cool down I learned my lesson. Lol oh and I drank some water. Thanks
