I didn't warm up or cool down before my exercise. It was only about 10 mins but it was kinda intense . After I just layer on my bed cause I was out of breath and tierd then I took a shower. But now I still feel weird . My breathing is still a little hard and my head hurts a little. Do u think il be ok? and I know that next time I should warm up and cool down I learned my lesson. Lol oh and I drank some water. Thanks

Yeah, you should be ok. Just remember next time to cool down especially after your exercise, and before. You should also wait a couple of minutes before taking a shower. I would just lay down for a few minutes to calm down and let your head rest. ( And drink water)
always warm up and cool down! you should be fine since it wasn't that long of a workout..
but i learned my lesson as well my knee as been hurting cause i didn't warm up!
