So i am watching a drama and instead of calling the women 아줌마..he called her 아저씨. Which i have only known 아저씨 to be used toward a middle aged man. So i was just wondering why he called a women that? Is there other meanings behind it in certain situations? lol o.O

She was dressed as a bride and she passed out in the middle of the street because he (Almost) hit her. Then he tried to wake her up while shouting 아저씨 and lightly slapping her face lol
