In football games and hockey games, you are allowed to swear even when there are kids around and you won’t be thrown out. But at baseball parks, they are more strict about using foul language. Is it because baseball is a more family sport? Even in bars you are allowed to swear for an odd reason and you won’t be thrown out.

You don't get thrown out of baseball games just for cussing. If they did that, the seats would be halfway empty by the 5th inning. But if you're being a belligerent jerk and ruining everyone else's time, you will get thrown out. The same holds true at football and hockey games too.
I think it's just part of baseball culture that makes it more of a "family-oriented" sport than the other major sports.
First, as a Summer game, you tend to have more children present at MLB games...and I think the game itself is geared toward younger fans. How many NFL stadiums have kids' play areas like are common at MLB parks?
Second, Baseball is still very much tied to childhood dreams and youthful games.. How many times have you heard football or hockey players described as "playing a kids' game?" Modern day NFL and NBA games are sold with primetime TV hype..baseball still has that "come see your heros play" feel to it.
Finally, remember tha baseball was a pastoral game played in urban neighborhods. Look at ballparks like Wrigey and Fenway... look at pictures of bygone parks like Ebbets Field... They were all magical patches of green surrounded by dense urban neighborhoods.
Baseball grew massively in popularity at the same time as authors wrote about the ills of urban society and the "concrete jungle." Baseball parks were seen as islands of respite from the hardships of urban life....and the rules of civility helped preserve this feeling.
I don't know what ball parks you've been to but I've never seen much of a lack of cussing. Especially if you try to read the player's lips.
If you can read lips you should know that what you are saying is not true.
