I am just curious, let’s say if my friend was on my Facebook but he/she didn’t know I had their cell phone and if I texted them saying I got their number from their Facebook information. Is this behavior stalkerish and weird?

A weird thing happened to me today. This one girl who wanted to date me was facebook creeping me and she texted me and I didn’t know who it was and when I asked her, she said it was her and I asked how she got my number because I never gave it to her and she said she got it from my Facebook information. I told her she should have asked me or warned me before texting me and that her behavior was creepy.

I mean think about how a girl would feel if a guy looked up her number on her facebook information. Shouldn’t he treat her facebook information private and not being considered having the number unless she gives him permission to text her and knows he has her number? Well the same thing with this girl. I blocked her because she was texting me and looking up my personal information on Facebook when I never gave her my number.

So my question is, is it creepy if someone looks up your cell phone number from their facebook information? Was this a good reason for me to delete her because she was texting me without asking me and I didn’t invite her to have my number or was I overreacting big time? I consider when I give someone my cell, which means they have my permission to text.

Oh and get this! I had my number off of Facebook for a while now and she said she wrote my number down before I took it off my Facebook. So in this case, is it creepy?
