Who is the better Governor of Puerto Rico? Luis Fortuño (PNP Party) or Alejandro Padilla (PPD Party)?

Therse a lot of criticism in the past months about this matter. The Economist Magazine revealed Puerto Rico's debt crisis as tittled "Puerto Pobre" or in Eglish "Port Poor". Every year it gets worse on the island. Lots of huge monster highway street holes on the capital that can eat up an entire car! Milk, bread, water, electricity and gasoline are rising in price! With a lot of jobless citizens! And with the mysterious Obamacare it'll get even worse. What do you think? What Puerto Rican's think for that matter?
