On Puerto Rico, milk prices have gone up ridiculously, sparking off outrage from Puerto Rican consumers, cause they have no control over that. The gallon of milk on Puerto Rico it costs $5.79 dollars in 2013! Compared to lots of cities on the United States, they are being robbed. On Orlando it's $2.99 the gallon, on Ohio it's $2.58 the gallon, on Wisconsin it's $1.99 the gallon, Maryland it's 75¢ THE GALLON. The Puerto Rican milk industry says that the price difference is because of a cow feedings problem. Cause they have food shortage for the cows and milk is imported from the United States and the food transportation from the United States costs too much. But what do cows eat? Sushi? Don't they simply eat grass? The price is going up to $6.00!
What do you people think is the real cause of this? What are the Puerto Ricans thinking? My morning coffee is gonna go now, and my night nesquick will be gone. Why isn't the government doing anything? Do we have to buy cows on the island now?
