Since "Divine Rights" refers to the rights of a single monarch to rule, then Constitutionalism would be the most opposite of the Divine Rights theory/practice. Constitutionalism means that the government rules under the laws of a constitution. That is, the government gets its power from the people that it governs and are limited by those powers. Constitutionalims believes in the 'power of the people,' Divine Rights believes in the power of the monarch.
