I wanna know which Character this is, what he/She is named and from what series! It's Someone With Silver/Grey hair, a bit spiky and a red eye band on. i think the person has a red shirt with no arms on the shirt, ( The person does have arms, but the shirt doesn't! ) and sand coloured knickers. HELP! Thanks!

If I remember right, he's eyes is gray. Thought sometime his left eyes turn red when he fight akuma.
