I need to find slope of line of points A[20, 10] and B[20, 11].
The problem is, Δx of points A and B is 0. To find slope I use m = Δy/Δx, but it isn't possible to divide by 0. Is there any solution to this problem?

A number with 0 in the denominator is undefined. Therefore, the slope is undefined.
No. The slope of the line from A to B is "undefined."
