Im going to a con in 8 days and i need a quick answer now! WHich animé character is this? what he/She is named and from what series! It's Someone With Silver/Grey hair, a bit spiky and a red eye band on. i think the person has a red shirt with no arms on the shirt, ( The person does have arms, but the shirt doesn't! ) and sand coloured knickers.
