for a cold or flu I take 1 fuzzy blanket with 1 part comfy couch and mix well then stir in 2 parts 7-up and 1 part chicken noodle soup. add that to tylenol and a good movie and you are better in no time.
Of all the things I have learned One stands out the most. Laughter is the best medicine. Laugh at least once a day on your own or with friends and you'll feel great.

Going for a long walk and listening to music on my mp3 player. Chocolate never hurts either!
