So, we were dating for 10 months and he broke up with me because he said it felt like i was Too jealous and controlling but hours before he broke up with me he was saying I feel like we should just be friends and I said no I’ll change and he said that he was crazy about ever thinking about breaking up with me and that he loves me and i’m everything but hours after he broke up with me . We text but then he’s like “ I feel like we’re texting too much bye” and i tell him if he doesn’t wanna text me then i’m not texting then and he keeps saying he wants to text me though . In school it’s like he not even worried about me but when we see eachother we say Hi and smile . I don’t get it, every day he would call me text me , say i’m beautiful and now he’s acting like we didn’t date for ten months just days before . How can it change so quick ?

He told you, you demand too much of him. He can still like what's good about you while feeling repulsed by the bad parts. If you want to get him back just stop displaying jealously and stop trying to tell him what to do. The single biggest turnoff for most people, "I want you to stop talking to...".
