There's honestly no easy way. If you have discipline, if you're determined, and dedicated to losing weight and getting in the best shape that you can then you just stick to a healthy diet. Not something crazy or unsustainable. A lot of people over restrict in the beginning not realizing that it's okay to eat a cheat meal once a week and if you wanna go really strict then you can build up to that instead of jumping straight into it. If you are consistently training, eating healthy 90 percent of the time, not overeating, and you have a good routine then you'll be just fine. But if you miss too many days, eat unhealthy too often, and you're just not giving it your all then you won't see results. Everyone wants to know the easy way but it's only easy if you don't mind eating healthy 90 percent of the time, its easy if you are still willing to go workout after you had a bad day, its easy if you don't mind putting in the work and effort. If that's not something you're used to then it will feel like it's hard at first but it does get easier. It also helps to find a workout that you enjoy doing. Chloe ting's workouts are the best. I used to recommend susana yabar and hers are good too but chloe's workouts are more flexible and it's more like there's something for everyone. I hope this helps and good luck on your fitness journey.
Make a lifestyle change. Any "diet" you go on may help you lose some weight but you'll tend to gain it back if you go back to your previous ways. What you eat is 80% of what controls your weight. Unhealthy diets also can cause weight loss of tissue other than fat (such as muscle, especially if your calorie intake is too low). Use a site like freedieting.com to determine about what your calorie intake should be (look for the Daily Calorie Needs calculator link on the left side of their home page). You can lose UP TO 3 lbs per week in a healthy manner, but 1 - 2 lbs is much more doable and easier to maintain long term.
.
Eat a healthy well-balanced diet 80% - 90% of the time...keep junk food, fast food, sweets, sodas, etc to a bare minimum (the occasional treat if you feel the need). Avoid as much processed food as you can. Focus on lean protein, fruits and veggies, complex carbs, and healthy fats. Keep your calories at a healthy level when working to lose fat. Add to that a lot of water, and cardio exercise (shoot for at least 30 mins/day, at least 5 days a week) and you'll be on your way! If you don't have an exercise program you want to use, youtube has TONS of fitness videos you can check out, not to mention just getting outdoors and going for a walk, run, or bike ride.
.
When you reach your goal, simply modify your calorie intake and/or exercise to allow you to maintain your weight instead of continuing to lose.

How to lose weight has been asked/answered here in various ways, literally THOUSANDS of times. That's why there's a search feature at the top of the page. The should be no need for anyone to type another answer to that question, because all the information is already available, if you just do a quick search.
Losing weight is 80% diet, 20% moving more. You have to change the way you think about food FIRST, and the rest will follow. Start cooking for yourself more. Cut out sugar and junk as best you can. Fill your diet with lean protein, more veggies, less processed carbs. Eat more whole grains. Need something sweet? Replace that piece of cake with berries and some whipped cream. You just have to get into a healthier mindset about food before you do anything else.

Juicing diet from the documentary, “Fat, sick and nearly dead”. I lost 10 lbs in 1 week. :)
Dying usually works quite well. If you don't want to get so radical, removing a limb works well.
Take more water
Running
Remove junk food
Swimming
There is no easy way. Fad dieting is useless, all the weight and more come back. Cut your portion sizes and excersise.
