At a bank I work in, I have a supervisor and a manager. I know the manager is above the supervisor so my question is, since the manager is still my boss and my supervisor is still my boss, what is the difference in role between a supervisor and a manager? What more responsibilities does a manager have than an actual boss?

Pay grade... Generally a manager is responsible for the entire location a supervisor is responsible for a small section (tellers) of the business.
A supervisor is responsible for the individuals under him/her where as a manager is responsible for everything involving the business whilst he/she is on the job. Similar but very different.
Easy answer is; a manager has more responsibility.
A manager, manages everything that goes on in your department. They have the ability to hire, and fire, and make changes. Supervisor may have those abilities as well, but they would have to clear it with the manager. The supervisor, basically supervises.
Supervisor - policing workers
Manager - manages.
Derp.
a supervisor just makes sure his or her employees are there -- filling time slots with people.
a manager has a budget, and is more in-tune with the business.
