So, obviously I’m a hardcore cat person. I only have one, so I’m not at the crazy cat lady stage yet, but my cat is my baby. Well, his birthday is coming up soon, and while he might not realize it, I do, and I want to celebrate him and spoil him. I’d really like to make him a homemade chicken dinner though. With real chicken and all that. Ik he loves it, and when I make some chicken, I always set aside a few nonseasoned pieces for him. What else do i mix it white though? I don’t typically give him a lot of table food, cause I’m not sure how he’ll react to it. Tia!!

"I’m not at the crazy cat lady stage yet" LOLOLOL. If you're referring to a cat as "my baby" and fixing birthday dinners when the cat doesn't know a birthday from what he leaves in his litter box, then you're a wack job.
he is a carnivore. Plain meat is great for treats or the occasional meal. You don't mix anything in it. Happy birthday to your cat
If you really want to spoil him, give him raw chicken.
The cooked stuff is lacking in the nutrients he needs anyway, so the pieces you are giving him aren't that great for him if they are cooked.
You could also just give a can of wet food if you normally don't, or make a kitty cake with canned food, a bit of flour, and an egg.
Stick with meats for the most part. Any kind is fine. If he likes cheese you can give him a bit of that too. If hes a weirdo like some of my cats and likes veggies you can give him a bit of cooked veggies (no onion). One of my cats loves canned pumpkin (plain, not pie filling). Another likes cauliflower.
I boil chicken legs in water till they re soft. I would eat them as well - very tasty
