Yea instead of getting the regular GHZ edition go for the XFX Black edition super overclock edition, they have 3 versions and they all smoke the regular card, and the 550ti. These are versions of that card on steroids, and they are proven to be straight on par with the GTX 560 (NOT THE TI VERSION). Plus 2 of them are the same price as the card you are looking at. Better for same price, why wouldn't you? I can almost guarantee someone who is rammed up Nvidias **** will dislike this, but since I upgraded from a 550ti to the black edition, I personally know that this card laughs at the 550ti.
Go to those two sites and check the reviews for it, or just google the reviews for it. Every one of them say the same thing, and they have the benchmarks that prove it. Most even say its better then the 560.
"With the XFX R7770 Black Edition producing a similar gameplay experience to the GeForce GTX 560 Ti and Radeon HD 6870 we have to ask what the upgrade options are. If you have a Radeon HD 6870, this is not an upgrade, keep it. If you have a GTX 560 Ti, this is not an upgrade, keep it. However, if you have anything under a GTX 560 Ti like a GTX 550, or 550 Ti or 560 non-Ti, then the Radeon HD 7770 would be an upgrade. If you have anything under a Radeon HD 6870, like a HD 6750, HD 6770 or HD 6850, then the HD 7770 would also be an upgrade. Hopefully this will give you an overall view of where exactly the Radeon HD 7770 fits in the stack."
here is their link for their benchmark and test of BF3:
A GTX 660ti would be much extra valuable than a 7770. evaluate an ASUS GTX 660 DirectCU II 2048MB it quite isn't any longer a Ti yet nonetheless 80 5-ninety% of the linked fee of a Ti for plenty under a Ti version -Their are 2 varieties of GTX660, a Ti version and a non Ti version this is plenty extra fee-effective. you may additionally evaluate a Radeon 7850 however the GTX's660's will nonetheless be quicker.

GTX 560 SE. It was made to compete against the 7770.
For 45FPS and above, probably medium or high depending on the map. No AA of course.
its roughly on par with a 2gb 550 ti, and with it id say medium settings maybe high without AA
